A Paleo spin on a southern classic. Using only ingredients that align with the paleo diet; like EVOO, uncured bacon, ghee, raw nuts, and no added sugars or preservatives.

Although this meal is dairy-friendly and gluten-friendly, please note, it is not prepared in an allergen free kitchen.

Meal Includes

  • Southern Pork (30 ounces) – Pork shoulder smothered in an onion herb sauce seared with Extra Virgin olive oil, then braised with caramelized onions, herbs and spices.
  • Parsnip Mash (18 ounces) – Roasted parsnips and cauliflower mashed together with ghee, parsley, basil and oregano.
  • Greens Beans (12 ounces) – Green beans tossed in herb oil. Served with a side of Bacon Ghee Butter.
  • Paleo Bites (3.2 ounces) – Made with raw pecans, cashews, dates, cocoa powder, salt, almond butter, vanilla and almond milk. These ingredients are pureed and rolled for a yummy paleo dessert!

Heating Instructions

From Frozen (50 minutes total):

  1. Preheat conventional oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove paper lids from the pans.
  3. Remove sauce ramekin from green beans, then replace foil. Foil remains on pans while heating.
  4. Use a baking sheet to support pans. Place baking sheet on the middle rack of oven while heating.

Cook times:

  • Southern Braised Pork: 50 minutes total.
  • Parsnip Mash: 50 minutes total.
  • Green Beans: 40 minutes total (last 10 minutes, remove foil and heat uncovered).
  • Ghee + Bacon Sauce: remove paper lid from ramekin and add to baking sheet with 10 minutes remaining on timer (when you remove the foil from the green beans). Once heated, stir sauce and drizzle over green beans.
  • Paleo Bites: enjoy frozen or thawed, no heating required.

Meal should be heated until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Oven times may vary.

From Thawed (30 minutes total):

  1. Thaw your meal for at least 24 hours.
  2. Preheat conventional oven to 425 degrees.
  3. Remove paper lids from the pans.
  4. Remove sauce ramekin from green beans, then replace foil. Foil remains on pans while heating.
  5. Use a baking sheet to support pans. Place baking sheet on the middle rack of oven while heating.

Cook times:

  • Southern Braised Pork: 30 minutes total
  • Parsnip Mash: 30 minutes total
  • Green Beans: 15 minutes total (last 5 minutes, remove foil and heat uncovered)
  • Ghee + Bacon Sauce: remove paper lid from ramekin and add to baking sheet with 5 minutes remaining on timer (when you remove the foil from the green beans). Once heated, stir sauce and drizzle over green beans.
  • Paleo bites: enjoy as is, no heating required
