Description

A five-star, family-friendly dinner favorite! Chicken Picatta is pan fried, herb marinated chicken in a lemony caper sauce. We pair it with pasta and veggies for a wholesome dinner even the pickiest eater will enjoy. 

This meal includes:

  • Chicken Picatta (28 ounces) – Italian herb marinated chicken dredged in seasoned flour and pan fried. Finished with a simple lemon, butter and caper sauce. 
  • Parmesan Artichoke Medley (19.3 ounces) – Oven roasted broccoli and brussels sprouts mixed with parmesan and topped with whole artichoke hearts. Served with a side of roasted garlic vinaigrette. 
  • Bowtie Pasta (25 ounces) – Bowtie pasta tossed in the same lemon, butter, and caper sauce and topped with a layer of Asiago cheese.
  • Rotational Cookie Dough (5.8 ounces) – 4 pieces of cookie dough, rotating flavors.

Heating Instructions

From Frozen (45 minutes total):

  1. Preheat conventional oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove paper lids from the pans.
  3. Remove sauce ramekin from Artichoke Medley then replace foil. Foil remains on pans while heating.
  4. Use a baking sheet to support pans. Place baking sheet on the middle rack of oven while heating.

Cook times:

  • Chicken Piccata: 45 minutes total. Remove foil and heat uncovered the last 10 minutes.
  • Bowtie Pasta: 45 minutes total.
  • Artichoke Medley: 35 minutes total. With 10 minutes remaining, add sauce ramekin to baking sheet. Remove paper lid of sauce ramekin before adding to oven.

Once heated, add desired amount of dressing to vegetables to toss and coat. Or, use as a dipping sauce.

Meal should be heated until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Oven times may vary.

 

From Thawed (35 minutes total):

  1. Thaw your meal for at least 24 hours.
  2. Preheat conventional oven to 425 degrees.
  3. Remove paper lids from the pans.
  4. Remove sauce ramekin from Artichoke Medley, then replace foil. Foil remains on pans while heating.
  5. Use a baking sheet to support pans. Place baking sheet on the middle rack of oven while heating.

Cook times:

  • Chicken Piccata: 35 minutes total. Remove foil and heat uncovered the last 5 minutes.
  • Bowtie Pasta: 35 minutes total.
  • Artichoke Medley: 20 minutes total. With 5 minutes remaining, add sauce ramekin to baking sheet. Remove paper lid of sauce ramekin before adding to oven.
