SHORT RIBS PAN

Short rib chuck beef, tomato paste (tomato pulp, citric acid), celery, yellow onion, carrot, demi glaze (water, roasted veal bones, onions, celery, carrots, tomato paste, mushroom, parsley stems, kosher salt, bay leaves, thyme, white peppercorns), peas, red cooking wine, canola/olive oil blend, thyme, basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, garlic, paprika.

MASHED POTATOES PAN

Yukon gold potatoes, heavy cream (heavy cream, milk, carrageenan, mono and diglycerides, polysorbate 80), butter, smoked provolone cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, natural smoke flavor), smoked mozzarella cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, natural flavor), garlic, green onion, milk, spices.

Heating Instructions

Before you start: 

  • Preheat conventional oven to 425 degrees.
  • IMPORTANT! Remove paper lids from all pans. Leave foil on pans.
  • Add pans to a baking sheet for support. Place sheet on the middle rack of oven while heating.

From Frozen (55 minutes total):

  1. First, place the Short Rib pan in oven – set timer for 15 minutes.
  2. Next, add the Mashed Potatoes – set timer for 40 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Meal should be heated until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Oven times may vary.

From Thawed (40 minutes total):

  1. Thaw your meal for at least 24 hours.
  2. First, place the Short Rib pan in oven – set timer for 10 minutes.
  3. Next, add the Mashed Potatoes – set timer for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Meal should be heated until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Oven times may vary.

Notes: For best results, we recommend cooking your meal in the oven, from frozen. However, all meals can be thawed and heated by individual portions (on a microwave safe plate) in the microwave, for an extra quick dinner. Meals are fully cooked prior to freezing. Once thawed, the meal should be eaten within 4 days.
