Marsala wine gives this meal a complex, caramelized, and savory flavor; leaving the chicken and mushrooms tender and oh so juicy! This family-style meal is paired with Red Bliss Mashed Potatoes and a simple roasted vegetable medley; as to not compete with the star of the show… because the sauce is boss!

This meal includes:

  • Chicken Marsala (30 ounces) – An Italian-American classic made from pan-fried chicken breast coated in rice flour and herbs. Topped with a rich Marsala wine sauce which includes plenty of mushrooms.
  • Roasted Vegetable Medley (14 ounces) – Brussels Sprouts, Broccoli, and Cauliflower lightly roasted with oil and spices.
  • Red Bliss Mashed Potatoes (22 ounces) – Red potatoes with the skins left on, whipped with heavy cream and butter.

Heating Instructions

From Frozen (55 minutes total):

  1. Preheat conventional oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove paper lids from the pans. Foil remains on pans while heating.
  3. Use a baking sheet to support pans. Place baking sheet on the middle rack of oven while heating.

Cook times:

  • Chicken Marsala: 55 minutes total
  • Red Bliss Mashed Potatoes: 55 minutes total
  • Roasted Vegetable Medley: 40 minutes total (last 10 minutes, remove foil and heat uncovered)

Once heated, stir mashed potatoes. To plate, smother the chicken and mashed potatoes with marsala sauce to enjoy maximum flavor!

Meal should be heated until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Oven times may vary.

From Thawed (30 minutes total):

  1. Thaw your meal for at least 24 hours.
  2. Preheat conventional oven to 425 degrees.
