Description

Ground buffalo meat, black beans, pinto beans, kidney beans, fire roasted tomatoes, peppers and onions stewed with a blend of roasted ancho and chipotle peppers in adobo sauce.  Slow cooked and brought together with the hops of a brown ale.

Great as a snack, lunch, or appetizer to any meal. Pair with our Potato or Savory rolls.

Arrives frozen. Thaw, heat, and serve.

Ground bison, ground beef, diced tomatoes (vine ripened fire roasted diced tomatoes, tomato juice, sea salt, calcium chloride, citric acid), pinto beans, black beans, red kidney beans, yellow onion, poblano chili pepper, adobo chipotle pepper (water, tomato paste, dried chipotle peppers, distilled vinegar, corn oil, iodized salt, potassium iodate, corn starch, onion powder, garlic powder, spices), tomato paste, jalapeno, garlic, chili powder, ancho chili powder, sam adam’s lager, paprika, coriander, oregano,  canola/olive oil blend, salt, pepper.

Heating Instructions

Thaw soup in the refrigerator for 24 hours to loosen soup.
2. Using a 2 qt. pot, turn stovetop burner to medium – medium high heat.
3. Add soup to pot and stir frequently until soup comes to a boil.
     Stir frequently to prevent burning.
4. Once soup is boiling, turn to low and serve.
