Description

Traditionally a Middle Eastern street food, our Beef Shawarma is marinated with spices from the region for an authentic taste. 

This meal includes:

  • Beef Shawarma (19 ounces) – Beef marinated with lemon, red wine vinegar, oil, spices, and herbs, then thinly sliced and roasted. Served with a side of sauce made with tahini, dill, mint, lemon juice, and garlic.
  • Freekeh Tabbouleh  (19 ounces) – Tabbouleh made of cracked freekeh, diced cucumber, roasted tomatoes, lemon juice, garlic, parsley and mint all mixed and served warmed as the perfect side.
  • Tomato Feta Bake (14 ounces) – made from grape tomatoes roasted in white wine and garlic, mixed with red onions, feta cheese, parsley, and mint.   
  • Pita Bread (11.16 ounces) -  4 pieces of fluffy and thick pita bread.
  • Cookie Dough (5.8 ounces) - 4 pieces of rotational cookie dough to bake after dinner for a sweet treat!

Heating Instructions

From Frozen (45 minutes total):

  1. Preheat conventional oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Remove paper lids from the pans. Foil remains on pans while heating.
  3. Use a baking sheet to support pans. Place baking sheet on the middle rack of oven while heating.

Cook times:

  • Beef Shawarma: 45 minutes total.
  • Tabbouleh: 40 minutes total.
  • Tomato Feta Bake: 35 minutes total (remove dressing cup inside pan before heating).
  • Tahini Sauce: 5 minutes total - remove paper lid and add to baking sheet during the final 5 minutes of heating. Stir, before serving, separation is natural!
  • Pita Bread: On a separate baking sheet, spread pitas out and heat for 5-10 minutes based on your desired crispness.

Meal should be heated until internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Oven times may vary.

From Thawed (30 minutes total):

  • Beef Shawarma: 30 minutes total.
  • Tabbouleh: 25 minutes total.
  • Tomato Feta Bake: 25 minutes total (remove dressing cup inside pan before heating).
  • Tahini Sauce: 5 minutes total - remove paper lid and add to baking sheet during the final 5 minutes of heating. Stir, before serving, separation is natural!
  • Pita Bread: On a separate baking sheet, spread pitas out and heat for 5 minutes.
